• How many people can stay?

  Maximum capacity is 5 adults. (2 beds and 3 sets of traditional Japanese beddgings "futons")
  Children sleeping with their parents are not included in the maximum number of guests.

• What is the floor plan?

  All buildings are 1LDK (Western-style room with twin beds, one living and one dining room)

• Is there Parking?

  Eight parking spaces are available outside.
  Up to 2 cars per couple are allowed.

• When is check-in and check-out?

  Check-in time is from 15:00 to 18:00 and check-out time is from 8:00 to 11:00.

• Can I check in early or check out late?

  We are unable to accept the request due to cleaning.

• Are there any other villas?

  Please check the availability from the group facilities at the bottom of the homepage.

• Are there plates, cups, and amenities provided?

  We have enough for the maximum number of guests. Pajamas are available, but they are one size fits all. Face towels, bath towels, and amenities are provided for the number of guests.
  We do not provide pajamas for children. Please bring your own if necessary.

• Is there a BBQ stove?

  A complete set of BBQ gas grills is available for rent. (5,000 yen including tax)

  *No firearms are allowed.

• Can I bring my pet to stay with me?

  We apologize for the inconvenience. We ask that you please refrain from bringing pets with you.
  Please check the Group Facilities at the bottom of the homepage for facilities that allow pets.

• Is it barrier-free?

  It is a standard for museum business permits, and all rooms are barrier-free.

• When are cancellation fees charged?

  50% will be charged 50 days prior to the date of stay and 100% will be charged 7 days prior to the date of stay.
  
  Notwithstanding the cancellation fee provisions set forth in the accommodation plan, no cancellation fee shall be charged in the following cases
  When public transportation in the vicinity of the accommodation or the user is suspended until 11:00 AM on the day of check-in due to natural disasters, earthquakes, riots, war, etc., or when the user cannot physically reach the accommodation due to blocked expressways/main national highways, etc.

• Are additional towels available for rent?

  In addition to the towels provided in the room, additional towels are available for a fee if needed.
  Face towels 110 yen per piece (tax included), bath towels 220 yen per piece (tax included)

• How do you use the outdoor outdoor baths?

  Please bring your swimsuit or we will provide you with a special bathing suit at the facility. Please also enjoy outdoor private outdoor bath with Jacuzzi.
  Yukatas are available at the front desk during business hours. Please inquire at the front desk during business hours.
